About this cottage rental
Rural villa located in Campos, in a quiet and natural environment. Close to natural beaches (Es Trenc, Es Dolç, Es Carbó, platja de Sa Ràpita...). It has 7,000 m2 of fenced space, with well-kept gardens, unheated pool, garage and barbecue. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room - dining room, 3 bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms, two with XL double beds (1.50 m) and the others with two single beds each. We have baby furniture (cots and chairs) and a ping-pong table. Air conditioning (hot or cold) included in the living room and in all bedrooms. Indoor wood-burning fireplace-oven. Free Wi-Fi. Satellite TV.
Last year we installed solar panels, so the electricity used on the farm during daylight hours comes from renewable energy. We make the villa a more environmentally sustainable place. During the night, normal electricity is used.
The Ficna is fenced. Pets are not allowed.

We very much enjoyed out stay at the finca. The house and garden are spacious and the pool area is great. Communication with our host was uncomplicated and Maria was always available. The only small critique we have would be the kitchen appliences (coffee machiene, knifes, etc.) which could be better quality.

The finca is a bit remote and is therefore the perfect oasis of peace. The house and the entire property are huge and very well maintained. Everything is super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool and the outdoor area are very large and perfect for relaxing. Maria is a great hostess, always available and takes very good care of her guests. The finca looks exactly like the photos. A really perfect place for a nice holiday.

Die Lage des Hauses und das Grundstück ist toll. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Vom Haus waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Für das Geld hätten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Besonders die Betten und die Badezimmer waren nicht so toll. Auch wurden Absprachen (Müllentsorgung und Reinigung vom Pool) nicht eingehalten. Der Pool war übrigens ein Traum !
