About this house rental
The house is located in the heart of a small, quiet village and just a few minutes from beautiful beaches.
It has been completely renovated recently, including the installation of central heating, while preserving the local style without sacrificing modern comforts.
It was completely renovated with an emphasis on the comfort of its spaces and the functionality of its layout. All of this makes the place a unique space where you’ll feel right at home, living alongside the locals and near a wide variety of beautiful beaches.
The entire home is on the first floor, making it easily accessible for seniors and children. On the upper level, there is a large terrace with a barbecue.
Make yourself at home—all amenities are included: sheets, towels, dish towels, washing machine, dishwasher...
The entire house will be available to guests, with the following amenities:
-Air conditioning in the living room
-Barbecue and hammocks on the rooftop.
-Free unlimited Wi-Fi.
-Crib and high chair for babies. (Included in the price for only 1 baby up to 2 years old)
-Board games for adults and children.
-Towel change service every 7 days included in the price.
-Ceiling fans in all rooms
-ELECTRICITY: 20 kW/day included in the price. Any consumption exceeding this limit must be paid in cash. Consumption exceeding this limit will be billed at 0.30 €/kWh, calculated based on the meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay
-Optional diesel heating (payable based on consumption). The cost is 1.8€/liter (approximate price). A 150€ deposit is required in advance for its use. Actual consumption during the stay will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
-Private parking area

We are confident that guests will take care of the house and everything in it as if it were their own home.
The house is not available for events or parties. Pets are not allowed.
During the months of June, July, August, and September, it is not possible to leave a gap of 3 to 6 days between bookings.
TO BE PAID AT THE DESTINATION IN CASH
1-TOURIST TAX, upon ARRIVAL, IN CASH. In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021, PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED FROM ALL GUESTS.
2-EXCESS ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
3-HEATING. This is optional. A €150 deposit is required in advance for its use. Actual consumption during your stay will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE:
-If, during your stay, items such as hand soap or toilet paper run out, we do not restock them.
-Included: Clean sheets provided every 15 days upon request. Additional requests: €10 per set of sheets.
