Sea Lovers is a spacious, self-catering apartment just 7 metres from the sea! Situated right on the Esplanade, it faces the open sea and Dawlish Warren.
The property is in excellent condition and contains – Light and airy living room with large bay window with a view of the sea, TV; Twin bedroom; modern bathroom with shower over the bath; spacious kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine; master bedroom with king bed. Garage (7m wide door) at rear of property (accessed in adjacent road) which will house a standard vehicle.
Exmouth Marina is 100 metres from Sea Lovers – the marina contains a family-friendly pub, a great bar & grill, a café, a fish restaurant (Rockfish), a wet fish shop, beautician and newsagent. Boat trips can be taken from here across the estuary along the Jurassic Coast and for fishing. The Marina is also on the Exe Estuary cycle way which runs along the banks of the River Exe, through Topsham and Exeter to Dawlish. The town centre and station are approximately a 5 minutes level stroll.
NB: This property is the ground floor of a house, the entrance hallway is shared with the upstairs apartment. Sea Lovers has its own front door.
