Town: Lympstone is a village and civil parish in East Devon. There is a harbor on the estuary of the River Exe, lying at the outlet of Wotton Brook between cliffs of red breccia. It is locally known for Peter’s Tower, a riverfront brick clock tower built in the 19th century which serves as a memorial by W.H. Peters to his wife. The Exeter to Exmouth cycle route passes through the village and is popular for commuters and brings custom to the shop, café and pubs in the village. Local attractions include Nutwell Park, Exmouth & Orcombe Point Walk and Crealy Adventure Park & Resort. Lympstone is 3 miles north of Exmouth and 3 miles south of Woodbury.
