This charming one bedroom apartment in the heart of Edinburgh comfortably accommodates two guests. The bedroom features a cozy double bed with quality linens. The bathroom is clean and stocked with essentials. The living area includes a television, and the fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. This family friendly property provides heating, wireless internet, and laundry facilities, making it an ideal choice for both short and long term stays.

● Guests will have access to the entire studio.
● The property is located on the second floor, and there are two flights of stairs to the flat.
● Please note that the steps are steep; therefore, this property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
● There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is paid on-street parking nearby from Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times.

Guests will need to collect the keys from a KeyNest located at Costcutter at 9-11 Frederick Street, Edinburgh EH2 2EY, which is a short 3-minute walk from the property. Their working hours are as follows:

There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is on-street paid parking nearby from Monday–Saturday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times.

The nearest bus stop to the property is called George Street (Stop GG), and it is a short 1-minute walk.

We would like you to know that there is no issue with the building you booked your stay in. However, you may notice scaffolding and workers at the back of the neighbouring building. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
*Please note the property is equipped with a noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring device.
⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
