This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer during your stay. As you walk in the streets, you will encounter lots of history, monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with family and friends. There is the Douro River, where you can enjoy a nice, pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast, which allows you to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Closest metro Stop: "Faria Guimarães" Line D (Yellow) 8 min walking
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Great place to stay, relatively closed to everything by car ( 5-8 mins) away by car from the main streets. The only thing is, do not try to get your car in all the way to the property. Cars don’t fit all the way in and going backwards is very challenging. I wish somebody would’ve told us. Other than that, everything was great ! We made friends with the guest across from us. Very friendly people

Finding the property was a bit of a mission using google maps. The actual address is just a cobbled walkway from another street, which isn’t immediately obvious because you are drawn to looking at the numbers on that street. However, once you know where you are going it isn’t too far to walk to the gateway to the property. It may be useful to future users to show a photo of the pathway and surrounding area. We had a car and were able to park it close to the access path but whether this was legal or not I’m not sure.Unbeknown to us we were there at the time of the San Joao Festival and even though we were 20 minutes away from the port we were stay we were still able to join in with the celebrations.

Le compteur disjoncte à l’extérieur du logement et on se retrouve sans électricité, heureusement que le voisin avait une clé du compteur,le siphon était cassé lors de notre arrivée, le climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune explication avec Guest ready lors de la prise des clés,par contre ils ont été très rapide pour réparer le siphon
