Lo mejor, la ubicación. Bastante completo y práctico.
Calle muy ruidosa, ventanas sin aislamiento y en plena carretera, mucho ruido durante mañana, noche y día. Las instalaciones mejorables por el mantenimiento general del apartamento y bloque.

The Prime Location.
I sent a mail for them to fix the broken computer chair that I met in the studio, they promised to replace the chair the following morning, but the chair was never replaced till I move out of the Hotel
