About this chalet rental
Small, detached holiday home in the heart of Malcesine, close to the cable car, the lake and the center. Casa Graziella is a detached house with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, a lake view terrace and a BBQ area. The house is located directly on a path that leads through olive groves to the beach in about 800 meters. It is a quiet side street, but you are quickly in the center and all the sights of the place.
On the ground floor you will find an eat-in kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, oven and stove, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. There is a double room with a complete bathroom, satellite TV and AC on the ground floor.
You reach the upper floor via a spiral staircase. There is a door here so that the two sleeping areas can be kept completely separate, another bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and a bedroom with double bed, lake view, terrace access and closet.
There are several terraces outside, all with sun protection. Via an outside staircase you can reach the pergola on the ground floor from the upper terrace by the bedroom, in which there is a beautiful, shaded dining area that invites you to relaxed barbecues. The stone grill with sink is functional and available to you during your stay.
You can park in the driveway of the property (max. 2 cars). The property is completely fenced in and borders an olive grove at the top.
