The Cottage is a charming property residing in Hayfield, Derbyshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and sitting room with a gas stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a front enclosed patio with furniture, along with a rear garden with furniture and bike storage. The newly installed railings enclosing the rear garden allow for secure storage of cycles (padlock to the fence). Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: Please do not block the wooden gate situated at the front of the property. Note: There is a step up to the kitchen/diner, please take care. Note: Weekly bookings are to be Saturday to Saturday only. Shorts breaks will be accepted until April 1st 2025.
