Atocha II apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in one of Madrid's most central neighbourhoods, just a few steps from Retiro Park and Madrid Central.



It enjoys a perfect location just a few steps from Pacifico and Atocha metro stations.



From the apartment you can walk to all the city's museums and to Atocha station, from where you can travel by train to many points in Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close by.



The apartment is very practical, characterised by very careful design and top-quality materials, and is located on the third floor of the building with a lift.



Upon entering we find a modern, fully equipped kitchen that connects to the bright living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking.



The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with a lovely design. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, perfect for a family with children or for friends.



The magnificent apartment has two bathrooms with brand new shower trays.



There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

Important points to note:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Customers will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
