About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in one of the most central neighbourhoods of Madrid, just a few steps from Retiro Park and Madrid Central.
Enjoy a perfect location just a few steps away from Pacifico and Atocha metro stations.
From the apartment you can walk to all the city's museums and to Atocha station, from where you can travel by train to many points in Spain. The Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close by.
The apartment is very practical, characterised by a very carefully considered design and first-rate materials, and is located on the third floor of the building with a lift.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen that connects to the bright living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms with a lovely design. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, perfect for a family with children or for friends.
The magnificent apartment has two bathrooms with brand new shower trays.
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
This building is undergoing external works until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.
To bear in mind:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.

Sin saber cómo encender la calefacción. Sólo pudemos encender la bomba de aire de la sala.
Utensilios de cocina bajo mínimos: falta colador grande, una segunda paella, abridor y sacacorchos, bayeta. El app nunca fue activado una vez en el piso por tanto no sé para q sirve.
