On the main level, you’ll find a serene master bedroom with a queen bed and two custom-built twin bunk beds—perfect for little adventurers or extra guests. The spacious loft above features another queen bed, with plenty of room to move around and settle in. With high-speed internet, a comfortable living room for evening movies or game nights, and all the comforts of home, Black Diamond at Mentone is ready to be your home base for exploration and rest.

First tiny home experience. Worked fine for two adults couples but would be great for a family. Upstairs bedroom requires access by ladder and too short to stand in but roomy otherwise.Management company was communicative and we had no issues.

This is a well-kept, cozy cottage that feels secluded but isn't. A storm came through in the early am, and we lost power. However, the utility crews restored the power and cleared the roads just after dawn.Communication with the management team was excellent, and the home was well-stocked with linens and essentials.Don't be alarmed if you see the neighbor's large, fluffy white dog staring through the front door window. Despite the peeping, he was very calm and kept his distance.
