We enjoyed our stay at fern cottage! It was a super cute cottage, and very clean. We also loved the fact that it had its own parking. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. There was also a fully stocked kitchen with cookie sheets, oven mitts, pans/pot and some salt/pepper and oil for us to use. There was even a small roll of foil for us. Extra trash bag liners were there along with dishwasher detergent and dishwash. They also had hand soap and shampoo/conditioner/body wash there too, which often vrbo rentals don't have for guests. We didn't use the washer/dryer but washer soap sheets and dryer sheets were there. The grill is a Weber charcoal grill but it had some wet charcoal in it, so we couldn't use it but we used the broil function in the oven for our steaks and it was fine. The location was also convenient to Cloudland Canyon State Park where we hiked twice (early morning and then later at night to see the sunset) which took us about 25 mins each way. There are other tiny homes next to you and behind so it wasn't that private per se, but with shades down it was fine and everyone was quiet. Everyone was happy and the pictures were accurate on vrbo!
