About this house rental

Summary:

Perfectly positioned within walking distance of Port Elliot's cafes and a short stroll through a local laneway to Boomer Beach.

This stunning, elevated holiday home commands sweeping views of the Hindmarsh Valley, extending to the tranquil blue waters of Victor Harbor.

As soon as you enter into this holiday home it will take your breath away and you will automatically feel in holiday mode. Don’t forget to pack the wine to enjoy whilst watching spectacular sunsets!



The Space:

The property has the following layout with space for everyone to escape:



Downstairs layout:



The lower level features a spacious second living area with amazing hill views.

This lounge room has plenty of seating, WiFi, TV, Play Station 4, a cupboard full of games and books to keep you entertained, and a split-system reverse-cycle air conditioner.

Glass sliding doors lead outside onto the deck which has seating to enjoy your morning coffee.

You will also find a fully fenced grassed backyard, a selection of outdoor games, clothes line and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after your beach visits.



Bedroom two has a king size bed and built in robes.

Bedroom three has a queen size bed and built in robes.

Bedroom four has 2 x king single beds and built in robes.

Both King beds can be either king or two x king singles on request.



All downstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and polar fleece blankets for your comfort.

Main Bathroom with a luxurious free-standing bath, rain-head shower, basin and toilet.

Separate laundry with washing machine.



Upstairs layout:



The upper level is bathed in natural light, with 2 sets of sliding glass doors opening to an expansive hard-wood balcony soaking up the amazing views.

There is also a third toilet and powder room adjacent to the lounge area.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining area has raked ceilings, remote controlled roller blinds and split system reverse-cycle air conditioning. Louvered windows cleverly accommodate cross-sea breezes.



Large deck entertaining area leading off the open plan living area, what a perfect space to enjoy cooking on the BBQ for your loved ones, simply relaxing on the lounges and soaking up being on holidays.

The living area has plenty of seating areas to soak up that amazing view, TV, Bluetooth sound bar and NBN available.

Dining area seats 8 people.



The light and airy kitchen is well equipped for those who enjoy cooking up a storm, has ample soft-close storage, stylish oak pantry, Essa Stone Carrara island benchtops, gas stainless steel freestanding stove and oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine, microwave and island bench with stools and much more!



The private master bedroom again takes in the stunning views via floor to ceiling glass. King size bed, ceiling fan and large walk in robe. Stay cool or warm with the air conditioner in this room.

The adjoining ensuite includes a double-vanity suite, rain-head shower and toilet.

Plenty off street parking available at the property, even room for a boat. Sorry the garage is not included within your stay.

A very enjoyable 4 nights spent at this property. We stayed as a group of 8, mix of adults and young children. The kids loved the games cupboard and PlayStation games. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We were also very surprised by the basic ammenities available, such as tissues, toilet paper and napkins that other rentals aren’t so generous with. This definitely adds to the ease of staying here. The location overlooking the valley was beautiful and a great way to start the day looking out for kangaroos! Also very walkable distance to Main Street in Port Elliot. Everything was very clean and tidy. And the bottle of white and red wine was such a thoughtful touch! We would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay. Great property!
