About this house rental
This inviting coastal retreat blends original stonework with fresh, modern design to create a relaxed yet refined setting for family stays. Soft tones, timber accents and natural textures bring the calm of the coast indoors, while thoughtful details add warmth and everyday ease.
The main living area sets the scene for slow mornings and easy evenings, with plush seating and a smart TV for family movie nights. A second lounge offers room to unwind or enjoy a quiet moment with a book. At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen and dining area make cooking and connection effortless, flowing through bi-fold doors to a sheltered deck where you can share a barbecue or simply enjoy the sea breeze. The private outdoor space completes the experience—ideal for alfresco dining, relaxed afternoons, or kids’ playtime.
Four serene bedrooms ensure restful nights: the first and second each feature king beds in soothing, neutral tones; the third offers a queen bed with decorative charm; and the fourth includes a single bed plus two bunks, perfect for younger guests. Two functional bathrooms add comfort for families or groups, while a convenient laundry supports longer stays.
Off-street parking is available on the driveway, including one covered space beneath the carport.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

We were a group of 10 friends getting together for a weekend break. This beautiful home is situated close to Horseshoe Bay, coastal walks and main town. We walked everywhere. The house is gorgeous, full of character and has the space to accomodate a large group. We loved the open plan living area which flowed out to a spacious deck with outside table and corner seating. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and overall a delight to stay in. I highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed at Pt Elliot a favourite holiday destination. We were all heading to SummerSalt festival in Victor and Pt Elliot is the perfect location for this.
