About this house rental
Summary:
Executive and luxurious property right on the front at Horseshoe Bay in the ever popular Port Elliot. This beautifully finished property oozes quality with every inch, everything has been well and truly thought through to make this a wonderful holiday home. Linen provided.
The Space:
Set on Basham Parade, you look out directly over Horseshoe Bay in this recently built property. Enjoy a BBQ on the front deck and watch the waves roll in and out, or enclose yourselves out in the rear retreat that is almost an additional room. Upstairs there is a large open plan kitchen (complete with all top of the range appliances), dining and lounge with floor to ceiling windows that bring you out onto the balcony, again enjoying the views of the bay. The master bedroom containing queen bed and built in robes along with ensuite.
Downstairs there are the further 3 bedrooms, 1 with queen, 1 with double bed, and the 3rd with 2 singles. Each room has its own theme as well as built in robe space, and the front 2 bedrooms has direct access out onto the front deck. The main bathroom is also located downstairs, along with a further lounge retreat and kitchenette, set-up with additional oven, cook top and dishwasher.
With ducted air conditioning throughout, and a gas log fire upstairs this property really is everything you could want for a luxury break on the South Coast all year round. For convenience there is dual street access, and a secure undercover car park.
All Linen provided - which is included in the cleaning fee.

Our guests enjoyed staying in this lovely Townhouse! It is beautifully furnished and decorated and the view from upstairs is stunning! However, entry was restricted to the rear or through the front bedrooms through the sliding doors. The Front door is unavailable to use.

A stunning beachfront townhouse perfect for families with every amenity. We had a wonderful weekend with the fire going and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful house with sea views. The location was perfect, most things being in walking distance. We all had a wonderful relaxing break.
