Cheerful Cottage

A beautiful and very spacious cottage, really comfortable for our family of four. Great decor and really well appointed. Excellent location, easy walking to Quay with cafes, bars and restaurants. Lovely local beaches, we had a fabulous stay. Would love to come again, any season.

The Cottage actually gives the feel of a countryside house. Very lovely and cozy. All the amenities were provided. Got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift from the owner which was a surprise for us. The cottage is in very peaceful location.

Everything was good with the place.

The cottage is very comfortable and you feel at home instantly. Gerry is a great host and met us at the cottage as we arrived. The location is perfect for enjoying Westport quay and the rest of Mayo.

Probably the nicest property I have stayed at. We loved everything about this property. Great communication with the owner in advance. The host was so friendly when we arrived. House was very cosy and welcoming, candles were lit and lights were on. We were delighted to find that tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk were in rhe house and even a bottle of wine. Loads of kitchen items. Plenty of hot water and heating. Fire could be lit and loads of firewood was provided. Board games and books were also available and local tourist information. Beds and duvets were very comfortable.
