Comfortable apartment, not too far from supermarket or town centre restaurants, great to have use of the garage for parking the motorbike.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sowohl für Ausflüge ins Hinterland als auch zum Strand. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand von Almoradi. Wenn man nach Almoradi reingeht, entdeckt man , was für ein nettes Örtchen es ist. Die Ausstattung des Apartments, insbesondere der Küche, war sehr gut. Man hatte genügend Platz und die Aussicht vom Pool auf dem Dach war toll.

Der Boden war staubig und auch die vorhanden Reinigungsgeräte nicht in bestem Zustand, der Staubsauger hat gar nicht funktioniert. Die Toiletten waren oberflächlich sauber, aber unterhalb der Klobrillen war erheblicher Reinigungsbedarf vorhanden. Die Spülung bzw. der die Wasserkästen der Toiletten haben durchgehend leicht getropft. Das war im Elternzimmer leicht störend. Die Matratzen der Kinder könnten erneuert werden, ebenso die Sofas.

We enjoyed the rural view from the balcony & the fact that it benefitted from the evening sun. It was also ideally situated close to both Mercadona & an interesting hypermarket; with bargain pizzas!! The roof top pools, although shallow at 1metre were most refreshing to use & also the aspect gave a lovely birds eye view of the surrounding area. The air con in the main bedroom & in the lounge gave us welcome relief during an exceptionally hot spell there. The appt was well stocked - it seemed the owners regularly use it - and so that was a bonus.

We contacted the agent to report that the external key to the block of flats didn’t work effectively, but this was met with denying that this could be the case!! I was advised to go to a local organisation who were responsible for access. Thankfully nearby people advised me as to specifically where this office was. The lady in the office admitted there had been problems since the new lock was installed at the beginning of the year. I find it rather baffling that both the agent for this property & also the owner claimed there have not been any problems!! With some assistance from one of the residents we discovered the knack required. But at times when it didn’t work then residents have to access via the garage. Not possible for us as we had no garage key!! (We were staying with a 1 year & 8 year old,so could have done without all the extra hassle.) On arrival we found the single bed sheets were stained & also had hairs on them. The single beds are also what I’d call children’s size…certainly not comfortable for someone of 5ft 9. All week it wasn’t straightforward locking the balcony door on the inside but then when I accidentally shut it completely once out on the balcony; I was locked out!!
