Αρχικά η τοποθεσία. Δυο στενά από τον παραλιακό δρόμο της πόλης. Σε γενικές γραμμές για Αύγουστο το parking δεν ήταν δύσκολο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σ ένα αδιέξοδο και τα παράθυρα αλουμινίου οπότε είχε σχεδόν απόλυτη ησυχία.
Το σπίτι είναι ανακαινισμένο από τα θεμέλιά του. Με εξαιρετική ανακίνηση από όλες τις απόψεις. Με γούστο η διακόσμηση. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο με άνετο κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα νομίζω ότι ήταν πλήρης. Το μπάνιο μικρό αλλά αρκετά λειτουργικό .Η αντλία θερμότητας εξαιρετική
Για μένα που έμεινα 14 ημέρες μια σκούπα και κουβάς με σφουγγαρίστρα απαραίτητα.
