Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo korzystna, nieopodal głównej ulicy oraz sklepu spożywczego. Sam obiekt posiada parking i basen. Przywitała nas bardzo sympatyczna Mariateresa. Komunikacja z obiektem jest bardzo dobra.
