Die Wohnung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr schön im skandinavisch maritimen Stil eingerichtet, punktet die Wohnung auch durch die fantastische Lage im Zentrum mvon Boltenhagen. Direkt an der Ostseeallee braucht man nur über die Straße zu gehen und ist direkt an der Promenade. Das Meer kann man rauschen hören.

Die Dachschrägen sind für große Menschen zu beachten. Im oberen Stockwerk war es schwierig überall aufrecht zu stehen, wenn man die 1.90 m überschritten hat.
