Regency towers is a nice place pools are great and amenities are great
We paid extra for early check in at 1 pm room wasnt ready upon arrival, once getting our things put away we used the 2nd bathroom the toilet didn’t work we reported it nobody ever came, went to the beach come back to grab a drink the fridge wasn’t cooling it was frosted over, patio chairs were broken (only thing they came to fix) I feel like for over $1000 for a few days we could’ve at least had a working second toilet (we didn’t book other places for 1 bathroom option) dishwasher smells awful when it’s washing dishes.
