About this apartment rental
Our two bedroom oceanfront 2nd floor condo at Regency Towers, overlooking the gorgeous, sugar white beach, and the Kiddie pool is waiting for you. there's nothing like listening to the sound of the ocean waves first thing in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening on your own private balcony. in this 2nd floor unit at Regency Towers. If you like you may take the elevator down to the main floor, or just walk down one flight of stairs and you are steps from the beautiful pool area and beach and not to mention the Tiki hut (pool side bar with kitchen) for drinks and really good food.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with sliding door to the balcony with a view of the beach. The bedroom has a beachfront window (beach and pool view), double closet and private bathroom with walk in shower. Flat screen tv wall mounted.
The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with a window, double closet, flat screen tv wall mounted.
All linens included for unit.
Living area there is a sliding glass door to the private balcony. The living area is equipped with a Pull out queen sized sleeper sofa bed, and two recliners. flat screen wall mounted tv and a dvd player.
The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, range, and coffee maker.
the main bathroom has a wall in shower with extra towels. 2nd Bath has tub shower combo.

A laundry room with full size washer/dryer off the main bathroom.
We include beach service for two included with your rental in season (March through October).
There are two saltwater large pools, a waterfall Jacuzzi, Child's pool, lighted tennis courts, pavilion picnic area with barbecue grill's, and card tables and exercise equipment that face the pool/beach area, billiard tables.
We have a pool side (Tiki Hut) is open in season so you would never have to leave the beach, they have great food and reasonable prices with great drinks as well.
Beach Volly ball, and Jet skies close by on the beach.

Loved, loved our stay here. Very inviting, clean condo. Views were great. Location was great. Beach access was great and we were able to have my 86 year mother come out on beach with us. Will definitely return here. Hostess was great to communicate with!! Thank you!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!!!

What an incredible place to stay! Our family had the most amazing beach trip thanks to Debbie & her idyllic unit. The host was so kind, & so communicative with us. She even allowed us to extend our stay by another night last minute! The unit was so clean, & has the most amazing beach view looking over the pool. Being on the second floor was so convenient for beach access with the kids. We will definitely be staying again here! Highly recommend this place :-)
