A casa está muito bem situada, ficando perto de tudo mas longe da confusão. Para um casal serve perfeitamente para passar uns dias. Tem tudo aquilo que será preciso para fazer umas refeições, uma "esplanada" para um fim de tarde calmo.

-Cadeira plástica no terraço partida. -Limpeza da zona de dormir. -Compartimentos sem respeitar o REGEU quanto à área das janelas pois não tinha janelas mas sim postigos. -Quarto 2.95x2.90 = 8.55m2 /Postigo 0.50x0.50 = 0.25m2
