Le volume des pièces.

La vétusté des équipements. Accueil inexistant, c'est grâce aux voisinsque j'ai obtenu les clés. Chiens du voisinage qui aboient y comprisla nuit. Humidité des lieux (odeurs)... Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
