L’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte 💕 vraiment adorable. Le confort des lits vraiment top. Et l’espace terrasse!

La cabine de douche très exiguë. Difficile/impossible de rentrer la voiture dans le parking !!! Un peu loin du centre ville pour aller à pied… dommage.

Entire small Portuguese cottage with very helpful landlady who lived next door. We didn’t share a language, but Google Translate was a great help! We had trouble finding it as both our satnav and iPhone Google maps kept directing us to small cafes in tiny town centre alleys! But it is on the outskirts near the Pingo Doce and cemetery. Though tiny, it was very well equipped with mod cons, and spotlessly clean. The a/c (weather was very hot), hot water, wifi, and large bed were all very comfortable. Access to the private yard fir the car was a but tricky with even a small car, but you could park nearby on the street if needed.

Het is een prima plekje om de regio te verkennen. Zeker bij droog en warm weer. Een privéterras, een goed en heel groot bed, airco en er kan gekookt worden. Restaurants op loopafstand. Wij waren er tijdens de verschrikkelijke regentijd en toen was het huis ook van binnen erg nat na koken en douchen. De lieve hostes kwam ons een mand met hout brengen om de houtkachel te stoken. Dat nam een deel van de kou en natheid weg.

Het vocht dat slecht weg kan. Misschien verstandig om mechanische ventilatie en een afzuigkap te installeren.
