Safe….Secured….Guarded. Not easy for outsiders to enter. Nice home. Huge house with all facilities. Owner is very friendly and answer all queries immediately. Extend our stay by half a day without any additional cost. Overall…awesome. Highly recommended for those who likes home stay.

The property is lovely and excellent value for money. The host was also very helpful and communicative. Really a great experience!
The property is in a quiet residential area not directly next to the beach or other attractions. The beach is around a 10 minute drive from the homestay. This worked well for us since we had rented a car for our time in Desaru, so it was easy to get around. But if you don't have a vehicle then the location might not be ideal.
