Meet the staff and reception and they accompanied us to the apartment. Great views from the 38th floor. Apartment was clean and tidy. Staff went above and beyond at checkout by meeting us at our room and helping with our luggage to the ground floor where our Grab ride was waiting. Excellent customer service!

Would have liked to have 2 access cards so we could use the facilities and surrounding areas independently.

Conveniently located to the city. The R&F Mall had several restaurants and massage shops so we were spoiled for choice. There are two very modern furniture shop in the mall. Love it! We will go back to the furniture shops.

The car park Exit signs could have been larger for easy navigation. Better hand wash. The color of the handwash was red and it did not produce any suds. It would be nice to offer some coffee and tea sachets for a quick fix in the morning.

There's only one keycard which made it a bit difficult to plan around And while it was nearby a mall, the mall itself is either new or alot of shops have closed down But overall serviceable

Cleanliness of the unit and the building. Good lifts. Easy to open the unit entrance door. Sense of security. Tall ceiling. Great lighting in the room. No "office type" desk and chair.

The breakfast counter is matched with chairs which are too low. This makes it very difficult to sit and work at a computer. I had to pull in the table and chairs from the balcony in order to work at my computer. Although it's possible, from the balcony, to see the water and Singapore across the water, most of what you see is other buildings - even into units in other buildings. I drove. It's highly inconvenient to park "by the roadside" and collect/return the key cards - because there are no designated "5-minute parking" at the entrance to the car park. Also, I was overwhelmed by the instructions WhatsApped to me. Just too much to digest. Fortunately the security guards were very pleasant and helpful.
