We had everything we needed , and the apartment is new
Minor things like:
No facilities within the compound and nearby
Check-in instructions were not clear. We showed the security guard the photos from booking.com for him to know which apartment we booked.
No AC in the living room , only in the bedrooms

Very spacious and fully furnished appartment, lovely seaview, nicely managed with very good and easy contact to owner. New complex with 24 apartments total, two pools, unspoilt beach. Beautiful but rather remote location in the northeast of the island so you need a car. Overall a wonderful stay.
More families with kids than we had expected so it wasn't as quiet and peaceful as we had hoped - but that may have been due to the holidays.

Beautiful, new, well furnished and clean apartment with housekeeping service. This accommodation cannot be faulted - well equipped, wonderful ocean view. Small, clean beach with wild waves. We really enjoyed our stay here, only recommended for travelers who have a rental car. Without a car, the stay will be more difficult for shopping and dining, which is not in the immediate area. That is unless you count the tiny local shop. We spent 9 nights here and are completely satisfied.
