The property was really close to the beach and the house was in good clean condition.
The owner is a nice person and was responsive BUT the guy who was appointed to let us in Freddy overcharged us for almost everything until we found out other taxis and activities were way cheaper than what he wanted. we stopped using his suggestions after he told us one wine glass that i broke costs 2100 rupees which is equivalent to 45$ a wine glass. He was not happy that i reported him to the landlord about his scams. Overall a great place just watch out for that guy

Well located for those looking to explore the east coast. The house is clean and nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable even for larger groups with comfy beds and nice furniture. Shops and restaurants close by.
Very noisy road in front, impossible to sleep past 7am due to the constant road traffic and passerbys. The beach in front is also not a beach where one can swim. It's a docking beach for boats. It is definitely not a place for a quiet getaway. The restaurant right next door is always very loud at night on weekends.

The villa is perfect if you are used to the traffic. I think the only inconvenience is that the main road is just in front of the house. All amenities and the rooms are very nice for a good stay. Yes, during the night or early in the morning you can hear their loud music from their cars when driving on the main road. This is Maurician people’s culture. Otherwise, everything is fine.
