About this house rental
Nice private villa, feet in the water, filled with charm, open on a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, 70 m from a beautiful white beach. The house is located in the middle of a large bay with a beautiful lagoon protected by coral reefs. The bath is very nice. The fenced house is at the back of 2 private houses and also fenced. No road to cross to go to the beach, just a small path to take that leads to the beach.
The villa can suit from 6 to 10 people. It consists of a large veranda, a small TV room, a large kitchen, 03 air-conditioned bedrooms + 1 bathroom with toilet. Two other rooms are independent of the house and are also air-conditioned, each having their bathroom and WC en suite (NB: In case of renting the villa for 6 persons or less, the 2 outer rooms will not be available for rent in other clients). WiFi internet, satellite TV and telephone (local calls) are available. The house includes bedding, beach towels, washing machine and dishwasher, among others.
The rate shown is for 6 people for 3 rooms, an extra charge of € 20 will be requested per additional holidaymaker to 6 people, that is to say the 7th to the 10th holidaymaker.
For the rental of a room in addition to the 3 bedrooms of the villa, always for 6 people, an extra charge of € 20 will be requested.
A housekeeper takes care of the maintenance of the bungalow, 3 hrs per day (included in the rate). She could with a slight supplement prepare Mauritian meals. A gardener deals daily with the maintenance of the pool.

The public beaches of Belle Mare and Grand Baie are 15 and 30 minutes away by car respectively where you will have access to various water sports, water park and two golf courses.
The typical Mauritian villages are 10 minutes drive and cities whose capital 30/45 minutes drive.

We had a very pleasant stay in the villa. It is situated in very peaceful part of the island with private beach just 50m away. It is even suitable for kite surfing. Everything was perfect. When we arrived we were welcomed by Natasha (the lady taking care of the villa) who showed us everything. My brother is using a wheelchair, and they built a small ramps for him to climb the little stair, which was extremely kind! Natasha was cleaning the house everyday. She helped us a lot for the supermarket, taxies, boats, everything we needed. Patrick is very kind an welcoming host! Thank you, we definitely recommend this place!

We are an elderly couple and just wanted to relax and the house met our expectations! The area is very quiet, the house has character and is very well equipped. The large pool was always very clean.
Natasha, the maid and cook, made our stay very pleasant with her kindness and really good food!
We would love to come back!

Un vrai petit paradis, bien située, très joli jardin, villa super toute équipée dans le moindre détail. environnement extra, le jardin, la plage, la piscine, tout y est, l'arret de bus en sortant. sur place, la petite équipe assure le menage, les courses, le repas, les infos, le taxi vient sur place. hyper pratique, pensé pour qu'il n'y ai aucune contrainte, avec la petite de 16 mois, l'idéal...proche des grands hotels de luxe (avons passé la journée au belle mare qui demande juste de manger sur place sans imposer de somme). un super sejour !! merci
