Very convenient and clean

I am older and wish that communication was not all done through What’sApp. That said it ended up working out ok

Location perfect, host was very helpful, the room was awesome!

We only had 2 nights as were visiting the ruins. Based on the price we thought the property was good value and close to the ruins (20mins) and next to the station which was ideal for our train to Naples. The sauna and spa were an added bonus and we did use them although the controls on the spa were a bit difficult to workout (probably us being thick). Bed was firm but slept well. Being next to the Trainline you can obviously hear them but not an issue as exhausted after being at the ruins all day. Fridge had an annoying buzz. All in all good value for money.

The location right next to Pompeii train station was very convenient and surprisingly quiet (all we heard were the infrequent trains). Angelica (remote manager) was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Remote management was a nightmare. Over 40 WhatsApp messages just to get in, and about as many again dealing with subsequent issues. Breakfast in two different cafes (and not enough vouchers left for us), and payment of the visitor tax in one of them, were all so complicated, especially for non-Italian speakers. Our main reason for choosing this place was the bath, but after an hour of trying to understand the Italian video instructions, we couldn't even turn on the tap and gave up.
