Good stay at a reasonable price

Great location, handy to everything we wanted to do. Property was nice also.

A number of light bulbs were already blown and wouldn't come on. Loose floorboards in hall. Weeds allowed to grow out front. Chlorine in hot tub was quite strong, we often stay at venues with hot tubs and this was stronger than average causing some stinging to our eyes.

Nice few days away.

It was a clean apartment. . Liked the hot tub (except for strong chlorine). Liked the outside seating area. Glad there was a washer to spin our swimwear so it wasn’t dripping everywhere. Nice bedding and towels.

Chlorine was too strong in hot tub it did sting our eyes. No milk to have a drink when we arrived after a long journey, which would’ve been nice. Would’ve liked proper glasses to have a glass of wine out of. There was one glass one and others all plastic. I do think it’s nice to receive a welcome pack when booking accommodation, we had biscuits left to have with a drink but no milk to make one. Freezer needs defrosting it was very frozen.

Immaculate

The place was immaculate and very homely, everything was to hand and I felt so relaxed. Kris replied to my messages before we arrived very swift and we would 100% return. Absolutely nothing to even complain about apart from having to come home.

Very clean, plenty of space for family of four, big hot tub, location excellent close to a city with easy access to public transport, facilities all great in working order, free roadside parking

Fantastic place to stay, some small touches missing

The apartment was gorgeous, exceeded our expectations. Comfortable beds, great to have our own rooms and bathrooms. Hot tub and garden a massive plus.

Our host was uncontactable during our stay. We tried to call and message on the first night as were unable to close the doors to the garden and also unable to use the induction hob. We figured out the doors but the hob didn't work at all. Remotes for TVs also didn't work in bedrooms. We also felt for the price some basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner could have been provided.

Jesmond Dene visit

Jesmond is a lovely area to stay, the property is in a really good location to explore the local area, partake in Jesmond Dene parkrun and a 15 min bus ride in to Newcastle centre. The property had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms really helped when you have 4 adults staying.

Hot tub a little overlooked but there are curtains you can draw around it.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood , fully equipped and with comfortable beds . Communication with the owner was perfect!!

Ideal location, perfect stay, great facilities close to the city centre.......

Use of the hot tub, close to Heaton, Armstrong and Jesmond Dene parks so good for dogs, size of the lounge was pleasant. Showers hot and roomy. Kitchen was easy to use.

Noise from neighbours upstairs it set the dog off at times, overlooked by them if they were inclined to look out of the window and see us in the Hot tub

The property was about a 15 minute stroll from Jeanine centre and about a 45 minute stroll in to Newcastle. The property it’s self is very comfortable and is very stylish with everything you need. The property is like a home from home, the only things you need are your clothes and food/drink. The shower was amazing and the hot tub is a massive bonus which we took advantage of. The property and the hot tub was extremely clean and the communication from Kris was amazing. There was a really useful welcome pack on arrival that tells you everything you need to know about the property and surrounding area. The only negative I could find was that the bed was very creaky. Thank you for a lovely stay I would highly recommended and we hope to return next year.

Noisy people upstairs woke us up quite a bit during both nights, even though (ironically) there were quite a few notices telling us to keep noise down, not be in the hot tub after 11pm, not play music after 7pm etc.

modern, cozy, comfortable

The apartment was huge, modern, cozy and well decorated. it had everything you needed to spend a few days. it was well heated and bright. the garden space is set up very well for sun or rain and there is plenty privacy within the hot tub. all rooms have smart tv with Netflix etc, bedroom tvs are massive which is good. beds were comfy too. location wise is quiet, 20/25 min walk to the city centre. a few improvements and it would be perfect.

the headrests on the hot tub were broken, there weren’t any cleaning products (cloths, sprays etc - hard to clean kitchen after use). there was no basic things like oven gloves and the washing machine didn’t work properly. the hot tub can only be used until 11pm and there is no mention of this on the listing or when booking / this is displayed in big signs on the hot tub and doors of the property. there is a camera in garden which felt quite uncomfortable, it may only be a security cam but it is Wi-Fi enabled - should be further down the garden. I would also highly recommend curtains in the bedrooms as the light shines right through the blinds in the morning.

Best flat with a hot tub we've ever been to!

The flat was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very private. The parking was right outside the door. We loved our visit here and will definitely be back. The hot tub was superb and the kitchen facilities are excellent.
