This great small studio apartment has its own floor in the owner's building. Beppie the hostess was wonderful and chatted about life in Amsterdam, places to see, and life in general. What a great hostess! The location is slightly outside the town center, but an easy walk or subway ride takes you right to all the action. I preferred walking when possible since the waterfront and the parks and architecture are all great to see in Amsterdam.
Don't forget the Dutch stairs! In older Dutch houses the stairs are always steep and the bathrooms always small.

Beppie and Robert were great hosts. We communicated through what’s app and they answered any questions we had. The apartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a metro stop so it was easy to travel around. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Was informed 1 week before arrival of building works next door. too late to find an alternative. Heating an issue (at 130 euros per night). Not the advertised view. No compensation for shortcomings
