The appartment was very clean and spacious, the neighborhood is lovley and quiet. Peter was very chill, considerate of our personal space and a great host. The appartment had all the ammeneties one needs and was well furnished. We really liked the well stocked kitchen with an esspreso maschine we could use. It was also great that we had acces to a balcony.
The bedsheets weren't very comfortable, we couldn't acces netflix a few days into our stay, there wasn't an AC but we did have small ventilators that provided some air circulation. It would have been nice if the fact that you are staying with someone in their appartment was more clearly disclosed on booking, all though we didn't mind it too much since Peter was a good host.

the location was amazing, all the facilities were very good.
they need to put more bins across the property :) 1 in each room and also one in the WC.

The host Peter is a super friendly, very chill guy. Happy to hang out, or leave you to do your own thing (whichever you prefer). The home is setup really well and is very clean. Don't be put off by the distance. The number 21 bus basically goes door to door from the accommodation to Amsterdam Central Station. If I make it back to Amsterdam again I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend

- El propietario era muy simpático y podíamos ir bastante a nuestro aire ya que él estaba parte del día en su habitación.
- Las habitaciones de los huéspedes no tenían pestillo/llave para cerrar las puertas.
- Nuestra habitación no tenían pestillo ventana y no se podía ventilar.
- No había extractor en la cocina y el olor subía en la planta de las habitaciones.
