Beautiful Amstel houseboat

Host was fantastic, and helpful giving lots of local advice. Perfect location on the Amstel river. Plenty of great places to eat in walking distance, especially the ice cream shop. Small garden lovely to sit in, on a warm summers evening or you could sit next door on the river front.. Hired bikes and was really easy to cycle south and north east out of Amsterdam to explore the surrounding countryside. Definitely would visit again

Struttura moderna, pulita e accogliente: una casa originale per un soggiorno ad Amsterdam. Ottima doccia, molto ampia, e ottimo pure il letto. La casa dista a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro da cui si può raggiungere il centro in poco tempo. Va riconosciuta la disponibilità di Marit nel fornirci indicazioni per vivere al meglio Amsterdam. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno.

Non c’era alcuna vista canale, peccato. Alcune volte si sentivano particolarmente i rumori dei vicini.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower, tea and coffee making facilities. A bottle of wine left for us, much appreciated.

There wasn’t a view over the canal, once inside the house boat.

This is a family home and the accommodation was only a room and very little privacy. Not what we anticipated when booking. No balcony as in the pics.
