Location, parking, balcony, communication, information online booklet, good restaurant opposite, but you have to book.
Nothing not to like, but would have been good to have a physical information booklet as well as the online one...being of a certain age, it is easier to refer to a paper copy, but that is a minor point.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar, auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Parkplätze. Sehr schön fanden wir auch die Dachterrasse, da konnte man perfekt sitzen.
1. Der Geruch aus der Toilette war recht störend. 2. Das Mobiliar, insbesondere die Betten, die Stühle rund um den Esstisch und die fehlenden Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren alles andere als toll. Da kommt eher der Eindruck einer Studentenwohnung auf. 3. Die Küche ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung könnte besser sein.
