So many kids and grownups in unit above. Sounded like they ran and stomped both day and night.

The oven didn't work and I did not get a reply to emails sent to the owner

The apartment was nice and clean, but the towels had a cigarette smell. The location was great!

The pool was really dirty and had no lighting.

We liked how close the beach access was from the rental and how clean the property was.

We were told less than an hour before we arrived that the toilet seat in our room needed to be replaced and that maintenance would be by at some point to repair it. However, no one ever came to replace it. We traveled with 2 young children and anytime they needed to use the bathroom, we had to leave the property and take them somewhere which was extremely annoying. Be prepared for parking to be a nightmare. We were told that there was extra parking at the back of the property if someone was parked right in front of the rental itself. However, there are a total of 4-5 parking spaces for the ENTIRE community and the spaces were full majority of the time with one of the spaces being taken up by a boat. Also, be prepared to hear EVERYTHING that happens in the unit above you. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
