YADOYA Negishi

It’s a very comfortable, clean little house. It is well represented in pictures so you can trust that you get what you see. Online check in was a bit complicated. The house is also close to the store so we could have a home cooked breakfast. Everything was really great. Recommend this place!

2 showers for 5 people were very helpful to have. Also we were able to do laundry - big plus!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. It is a traditional Japanese-style house with a cozy living room and kitchen downstairs, and a sleeping area upstairs. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket, many restaurants, and public transport all nearby. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

The only small issue was actually my own mistake. Due to the long two-day journey, I accidentally booked the accommodation starting one day later. When we arrived at 4:00 in the morning, we could not access the house and had to stay one night in another hotel :))))) This was not a problem with the accommodation itself, but simply my misunderstanding when making the reservation.

Great value. We had 4 people traveling together, this property is roomy and not more expensive than having 2 rooms at APA. It has nice sitting areas on the first floor, which is a wonderful setup for friends enjoying evening time together. Traditional Japanese bed are comfortable. We love walking on tatami. The location is convenient, 10 mins walk from Uguisudani station, which you can hop on a Yamanote line train to Ueno, Tokyo, Shinjuku and Shibuya, etc. Also 10 mins from the Nippori station that has the skyliner to the NRT airport.

The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of the sewage on the ground floor. We understand this is not a new building so the smell is completely understandable. It is just something you have to deal with.
