the host was super friendly, delicious breakfast, view from the room on the river, easy access to the building via code, at the end of the town so relatively quiet place.
Easy & cheap access to San Sebastian, with the public bus.
room was very small, especially the bathroom (washing sink in the room). Also noisy, because we could hear the people in the room above walking and moving.
The walk from the parking to the hotel is indeed (very) long, with many cobble stones (but this was clearly mentioned in the description)
Not many high quality restaurants in the area and no supermarket nearby.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The views were stunning. Plus tasty breakfast was a big plus.
One of our rooms smelled like humidity, but it is normal in this kind of location. (Next to the water).
