Their Superior Room is perfect for families and/or big groups as it is an apartment style with an ample size of living and bedroom space. It is definitely spacious for a normal sized hotel room in Japan which makes mobility convenient.
It is important to note that there is no elevator in this property and everything is completely self-service - but their responsiveness in the chats makes up for the absence of personnel.
It is also located in the residential area of Asakusa, and would take a 12-15 minute walk to the center/station, but a bus stop is located in a nearby Lawson which gives travelers that option as well.
Overall, a pleasant experience with my family - highly recommended!

The accommodations were clean with no mold as other places we stayed on our travels here did. Apartment is on small size but I believe this is typical for Japan and probably larger than some. There is no elevator so are a few stairs to climb if room is on second or third floor. The station is about 15 minute walk. It is one street over from a main street so not quite as busy. Bit quieter street. It is about 15 minute walk to temple with shop vendors there as well and also fairly close to skytree tower. Room few times had odd smell like sewage but was not all the time so was able to withstand and believe it may be only when running a lot of water for laundry or showers. You are required to take off shoes after entering main lobby and put on disposable slippers each time which were not that comfortable and a bit floppy going up or down stairs but understand the idea of it to keep floors clean. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Located in the residential area of Asakusa, this place offers a quiet and comfortable resting time for your tired body after exploring the city.
The room is quite spacious, which is kind of rare to see in Japan, and washing machine is also available to use, which is very convenient.
The location is near the Senso-ji Shrine, but a bit more walk to the nearest Asakusa Station, around 15 mins walk, but the area is quite scenic so the walk is enjoyable.
All and all, we had a nice stay in this property, and would definitely recommend for those who wants to stay in Asakusa area.

The facilities (laundry, large bathroom) and the room itself are nice. But the customer service is severely lacking. This majorly impacts the experience, and I’d suggest seeking another room
