Para ir al centro caminando hay q pasar por un túnel debajo de las vías q es un poco tenebroso de noche.

This apartment is close to train station, and it takes around 20-30 minutes to go to the city center and a good supermarket. The price is reasonable, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The room is well-furnished in a modern style and looks nice and clean. Wifi is fast and stable. The owners provide a lot of information for guests in advance in French, and English instrunctions to inform the guests about the rules and how to take and leave the keys.

I would say the tourist information for guests should have an English version, since not every international guest can speak French. The attitude to deal with problems should be also improved, since some problems cannot be totally avoided due to sudden incidents or various personal preferences. However, a good attitude and more patience to deal with them matter a lot, especially when the guests are not happy and upset with problems. The guests will not meet staff in person to get the keys, so the solution of problems will be in the next day if problems are discovered later and cannot be solved through on-line instructions. We had smelly towels, pillows and requested for an additional quilt, but the new quilt was delivered the second day without a cover, which I think it is common sense knowledge to bring a quilt with a quilt cover. The shower needs another step to fully stop water running, and the TV in our room did not have channels. All of these problems need rounds of communication to solve either on line or in the second day. We could not check the things in the room on the first day because we arrived earlier than expected time due to a sudden change in train schedule resulted from cable failures in Germany, and we were sent away by the cleaning lady soon after we put down our luggage. We had dealt with dozens of hotel and apartment owners in the past 10 years, but we did not feel so good even with the first round of communication, and it was the first time we returned to hotel/apartment owner for so many problems without feeling the warmth and patience in their service. Nobody is expecting this is a five-star hotel, but the owners should have told us in advance if the machines and equipment are not working well, and taught us the techniques to operate them before we discovered the problem(s). The owners said on line that nobody before us returned to them for solving problems, but we think that this does not mean everybody is fullly satisfied.
