The house has a main apartment - two bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the first floor and the kitchen and the living room with terrace are situated on the second floor. Really beautiful decorations, lovely apartment with perfectly equipment kitchen for a long stay. Clean and cozy. The parking is a little tight but not a problem and it’s a must in Rovinj. It fits only one car.
The location is excellent - quiet and 3 min walking distance from the beautiful center.
There is one more room on the ground floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. It has a separated entrance next to the parking. It’s a very damp room. There is an option to open the windows but they are actually on the street level and it’s not that comfortable to have them opened.
We really liked the main apartment but the ground floor it’s not the best option for a long stay.

Location is excellent. Close to city center, beaches etc yet quiet at night. Enough room for my family. Parking/garage is a great perk! Excellent communication from host. Easy check in and check out.
Lower level became a bit damp after a few days, but understandable given its location.
