Clean, comfortable and great location

We loved the location, so close to downtown and easy to get around. The apartment was attractive and clean and the living room areas were spacious on both floors. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were also spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. All parties loved the bathroom wall tile choice and the shower water pressure and temperature was excellent. Although we didn’t use it, we appreciated that there was a washer-dryer.

Although we were kindly forewarned that there were stairs, one member of our group has mobility challenges so found it taxing to use the stairs. The sink/shower upstairs was very small, the upstairs bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were a little too full for us.

Wi-Fi was sketchy.

Spacious, largely well-equipped, nice location (with some caveats), walking distance to town, extremely clean.

Expensive (Vacasa fees are very high); one bedroom can hear all road noise and the other bedroom very audible whenever anyone passes by on the walkways connecting the condos and car doors/engines; tiny nails sticking up on upper bedroom threshold (cut underside of foot); shower leaks in upstairs bathroom; non-stick pans need replacing (and metal kitchen utensils should be replaced with non-stick).
