Terrasse war noch im Rohbau, Lage nach Süden ohne Sonnenschutz.

Location in very quiet suburb of Arles. House with bedroom and living room wirh kitchen/toilet douche is icompletely solated from the host.
Kettle was missing,, also Wifi connection is quite poor.

Great location, very quiet overall.
There are so many details that make this place feel “not quite right”. Florence seemed very kind and nice, but after reading the reviews again, it became clear that the glass door was not “just broken”, but actually had not been fixed since last summer.
Also the oven situation (oven broken/beeps and will only be switched on by Florence if asked for… and when she is there in person) was already commented on last autumn.
It’s hard to find the place… there are no signs at all and you have to have the courage to drive a long private road.
The terrace is accessible at best, but very dusty (no tiles, it’s basically a construction site).
The bed is a catastrophe! Very wobbly and all in all not tidy. When asked for an extra bed sheet, Florence would bring a duvet with no sheet on.
Overall the place doesn’t look like it’s cleaned regularly/thoroughly. In the kitchen, essentials are missing (we bought a brush and left it there for the next one, as the sponge was old and dirty) and there is no lid for the pots.
