Not very good

Building location was close to harbor, shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to enjoy sights, activities

Quite a bit: Information about where unit 306 was in the building was not provided - we drove around the complex twice looking for 306, but still had to climb 3 sets of 3 flights of stairs to find unit. There were no common walkway for each building floors. Info provided did not indicate there were no elevators in the buildings. Info provided was not clear which designated parking space was connected to unit 306. Hosts clarified which unit parking space was provided for unit 306. But parking spaces were poorly marked or not at all, so it was impossible to find the space in the dark. Turns out the parking space for unit 306 was on the opposite side of the complex. You had to impose on someone else’s space close to the stairwell for 306 to unload your car to lug your luggage up 3 flights of stairs to the unit, then drive your car around to the other side of the unit to park. Upon arrival in the unit, there was no paper products ( TP and P towels) in the unit. A host delivered some the next morning. The unit was very hot inside, even with the fans and AC units running. You had to sleep with a noisy AC unit running all nite. At exit, even with an extra cleaning fee, unit managers seemed to expect the guests to help with the cleaning - do the dishes, start the laundry, take the trash down to the dumpster in the parking lot. The complex had a nice pool and BBQ area, but all gates entering area had key lock access, which was not provided at the unit. You had to ask someone inside the pool area to let you in. Not an overall good value for this unit.

A bit of a maze finding the third story condo.

The Murphy bed did not operate properly... Holes in the sheets for that bed.
