Le charme du jardin, le calme, et la proximité du zoo et de la ville.
Le ménage n'est pas correctement réalisé (toiles d'araignées +++ dans la chambre, poussières sur les poutres et un peu partout dans la maison, cuvette des toilettes sale, parois de douche pas correctement nettoyées). Odeurs de renfermé dans la maison. Besoin de rénovation (peintures écaillées à certains endroits etc...) pour redonner un coup de peps à cette charmante maison.
