Wilpattu Wildhideaway Lodge

The staff was just great. The food was also amazing. All in all this price/quality rate was incredible. Would stay here again for sure.

Actually nothing. You pay not much and get this many.

It was everything you require. We spent two nights not having to worry/organise anything. It was very peaceful a big lake to check out but just sitting on our deck with a drink and a book the amount of animals like civet cats, mongoose and heaps of beautiful birds made that part of the whole experience. And the food was some of the best we have had in Sri Lanka and there was heaps I promise you will not go hungry. You can buy beer and soft drinks from them too. We did the safari either them as well and it was the best fun, an early start and long day but we saw everything except for the elusive bear , but Chamo tried his very best, this guy has amazing eyesight and driving skills he made the trip. Thank you for the memories

It was perfect no complaints

Anton was welcoming and polite. He constantly kept in touch with me prior to my arrival. He took care of my dinner, and it was sumptuous. Simple humble, yet delicious dinner. He also arranged the Safari, breakfast, and binoculars. It’s a perfect stay if you’re on a budget and are seeking a calm and peaceful stay. I really love how they’ve sealed the room completely and it’s free of all insects.

Nothing.

Staff were very friendly. Good location for safari tours. Quiet accommodation and surroundings, breakfast and dinner was plentiful and nice.

Not to much to do in the area, but I knew that before I arrived.
