Villa La Font with pool and bbq

La maison est idéalement située, elle est à environ 5 min en voiture de la plage, des supermarchés, 10 min du centre ville, et tous ça placé dans un quartier résidentiel très tranquille.

Tout était parfait, sauf le carrelage de la piscine. En effet, il est vieux, manque parfois des bouts de carrelage et on se coupe donc extrêmement facilement.

Outdoor area - the pool was great and the trees and plants were well kept and provided lots of privacy. Location to sandy beach, local bars/cafes and tram station just 10 minutes walk away is very helpful - also easy to get into Alicante city centre or to Benidorm via tram. The immediate neighbourhood is nice and quiet.

We were unable to connect to the wifi (password was handwritten and unclear). Some kitchen equipment required cleaning before use. Air conditioning unit was leaking in one of the bedrooms. Pool lights were inconsistent and only sometimes turned on at night. Some missing / cracked tiles led to many of us getting small cuts in our fingers and toes around the pool. A door was partially broken on arrival.

Wyjątkowe miejsce na pobyt w większym gronie. Willa bardzo przestronna, jak i cały ogród. Dobry rozmiar basenu, duży stół z krzesłami i dodatkowo wypoczynek na tarasie na plus. Piękna zieleń, zadbana i różnorodna. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Szybkie łącze internetowe. Wygodna lokalizacja - 10 min pieszo do przystanku tramwajowego. Cicha i spokojna okolica domków jednorodzinnych.

Drabinka do basenu i ozdobny płotek wokół basenu wymagają poprawy.

Pool, bedrooms

•No tea towel for drying dishes - no plugs for kitchen sink, the ones supplied are too small - ⁠only 3 wine glasses for a house of 8 - ⁠no bbq utensils or cleaning equipment (we bought a lighter & tongues) - ⁠bbq metal base needs replacing as it’s full of holes - ⁠bathroom light bulb broken - ⁠bulbs needed in living room light - ⁠a safe for valuables would be nice - ⁠no kitchen bowl - ⁠not enough small cereal/ breakfast bowls - ⁠toilet in shower room leaks - ⁠kettle needs de scaling - ⁠gate won’t open & close properly - ⁠neighbor woke us up every morning from 8.30am grinding and making a noise doing DIY - sunbeds are not comfortable or adjustable
