Rural Villa Fondo San Juan 20 min walking to the beach

Great villa for a big family holiday, there's pretty much everything you'd need available in the house and in a very good location too. The pool got cleaned every 2/3 days while we were there. The staff are very nice and easy to talk to.

Like other reviews have mentioned, there are lots of little ants so you have to keep the kitchen clean, but that's nature and not much they can do about (insect spray was available which helped a bit)

Geweldig huis, goede gastheer en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad erg schoon, ruim huis en veel ruimte erom heen. Ligt ook dichtbij supermarkten op loopafstand. Ook dichtbij het strand

Niet iedereen kan tegelijk douchen (boiler) en was lastig te vinden. Maar de gastheer (Alex) leidde ons er keurig heen

The property was absolutely beautiful, stunning surroundings we loved there was lots of large seating areas to accommodate our family

La casa está muy bien si consideramos que es un alojamiento rural. Tiene dos casas bastante cerca pero no molesta para nada. La piscina y la zona de la barbacoa están muy bien, sobre todo si el grupo es grande. Las habitaciones están muy bien, amplias y cómodas (excepto una que es pequeña por la inclinación del techo). Las 3 habitaciones de abajo tienen baño, arriba solo una. Esta todo bastante limpio y cuidado, aunque en algunos muebles se empieza a notar el desgaste del tiempo. La cocina está muy bien equipada y con algunos detalles extra como altavoz, sombrilla y productos básicos de cocina y limpieza. Alex, el chico que nos entregó las llaves es encantador y nos respondió todas las preguntas con muy buena actitud. Esta genial para grupo grandes, solo tener en cuenta que no está al borde de la carretera y que el acceso sin coche es complicado.

Aunque esté cerca de la playa está en medio de un terreno con un acceso de tierra. Las habitaciones de abajo no tienen aire acondicionado, se soluciona con ventiladores, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. La electricidad falla y no es estable, por lo que la cocina no funciona bien, tarda en calentar.
