Walkaway to the mosque. Near to SU Mall. For breakfast, there is a nasi lemak stall nearby. Even though the residence is quite an old house, the facilities provided are like being at home.

There is a cat roaming around the house. A dense neighborhood with many cars parked on the side of the road.

The property is spacious and suitable for families or large groups. The location is convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful when assistance was required. We also appreciated the efforts made by the host to address issues that arose during our stay.

There were several issues that negatively impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property’s parking area because a vehicle was blocking the gate. Although the host and a neighbour kindly assisted in trying to locate the vehicle owner, the issue could not be resolved immediately, and we had to park outside the property for several hours until the vehicle was finally moved. In addition, there appeared to be a cat living on the upper floor of the house. We found evidence of cat urine in the kitchen and upstairs areas, resulting in a strong cat odor and an unpleasant smell throughout parts of the property. The odor was significant enough that we had to purchase and use air fresheners during our stay to make the environment more comfortable. This raised concerns regarding cleanliness and overall guest comfort. The television was also unusable because the remote control was not functioning. Furthermore, the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was extremely low, making showering and general use inconvenient. These issues significantly affected the overall quality of our stay and should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
